I, Mark Adu Gyamfi, a concerned community of the Abodom Methodist JHS, wish to bring to your attention the pressing needs of Abodom Methodist Junior High School, the public educational institution serving 141 students in the levels basic 7, 8, and 9. Our school strives to provide a conducive learning environment, but we face significant challenges; Urgent needs: 1. Classroom furniture: Replacement of outdated desks, chairs and tables, and broken windows. 2. Technology Upgrade: Modern computers to replace the outmoded 15 computers in the I.C.T lab, photocopier machine, scanner, printer, and the renovation of the lab. 3. Library resources: modern textbooks to support curriculum and library desks. 4. Science laboratory equipment: modern equipment for hands-on experiments and STEM education. 5. Sanitation: Mower to keep the school compound tidy, dust bins to ensure safer environment. 6. Other resources: Ceiling fans, television sets for classrooms, staff common room, and headmaster’s office. 7. General Renovation: Re-roofing of leaked classrooms and painting of the school blocks. 8. Safety and security: Improved lighting system in the school. 9. Sports equipment: Football jerseys, running vests, javelin, discuss, netball court. I am optimistic that your support will go a long way to enhance student’s engagement in academic performance,improved teacher morale, and retention increased accessibility for students with disabilities. I believe your aid will be valuable and help change and modify the lives of these deprived ones and bring them to light and the trending of the world. Thank you.
