Title : Children are (developed in to full grown) Citizen Objective : To get the birth certificate of destitute children, register them under ADHAR, enrol the children in Anganwadi, Schools and free feeding centres. Deserted and Poorest of the poor children can start a life who will start dreaming big. Activities: 1. Identify and enlist the children in the district head quarter Bhawanipatna of Kalahandi who are orphans and deserted and are in street. 2. Share the information with the district collector and Magistrate 3. Availing their • Birth certificate • Adhar certificate 4. Register them in Anganwadi and School 5. Register them in feeding centres of government and private centres 6. Restoring them in night centres 7. Engage the children in learning, playing and growing in health, education, personality Strategy: Children, staff of the project, NGO Janasahajya and district collector will be the primary stake holder of the project and will be accountable before the resource organization and judiciary. Project Monitoring and evaluation: 1. List of children will be surveyed and submitted, 2. List of birth certificate and ADHAR card will be submitted. 3. certificate of enrolment in education centers, feeding center and shelter home will be submitted, 4 review report done by collector and NGO will be submitted. Payment only after each level.
