A.E. Habibi Center

Habibi Center, registered in Spain, has been dedicated to providing education and life skills to refugee youth aged 13-19 in Greece since 2016. Our center serves as a safe haven for learning, self-expression, and acquiring essential tools for a brighter future. Currently, we support more than 40 full-time students daily, originating from various nations including Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Palestine, Somalia, and others. At Habibi Center, our comprehensive programs include English language instruction, Cambridge exam preparation, IT courses, and access to online educational resources. Additionally, we offer GED exam preparation and employability training, crucial for our students' future success. We particularly focus on supporting unaccompanied minors as they transition out of shelters, providing them with the necessary skills to prevent homelessness. Furthermore, our intern students actively contribute to our organization's operations, gaining valuable experience while forming an integral part of our volunteer team.
