Health care is one of the fundamental rights of every individual, but unfortunately in the rural parts of Nigeria, this right is an unaffordable luxury and grossly lacking. Rural community residents make up approximately half of the whole population. An average rural community in Nigeria supposedly has a health centre funded by the government. The unfortunate reality though is that the majority of these clinics are dilapidated structures that cannot boast the bare minimum in terms of medication, medical supplies, and adequately trained staff. People are left at the mercy of quacks, peddlers of fake or expired drugs. This is the gap we bridge. Nneoma Health For All, is a charity registered in England geared towards providing free medical interventions for minor illnesses and injuries for people who do not have access or cannot afford it. We are working to bring adequate health care to the under privileged members of the society. We organize health camps in rural communities every quarter. During our health camps, we attend to people with minor injuries and illnesses such as complex / minor wound care, malaria, diarrhoea, etc. We also collaborate with hospitals where we refer patients that require in-patient care, and we settle the health bills to ensure they access the care they need.
