he project aims to empower teenage mothers and out-of-school adolescent girls in Kizinda by providing capital investments, skill development, and community support, fostering economic independence and personal growth to improve their overall well-being.
Project description
The Sustainable Capital Growth Model (SCGM) does the following: Capital Investment: Provides financial support to teenage mothers and out-of-school adolescent girls to start or expand small businesses, allowing them to generate income. Mentorship: Connects participants with experienced mentors who guide them in business development, financial management, and personal growth, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed. Skill Development Workshops: Offers training sessions focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and other relevant skills, empowering participants to manage their businesses effectively. Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assesses the progress of participants, providing feedback and additional support as needed to ensure sustainable growth and development. Community Engagement: Encourages participants to actively engage with their communities, fostering a supportive network that promotes shared success and empowerment among women.
