Project aims
We reimagine business through systems thinking, deep intersectionality, and radical imagination, as one of the most effective forms of activism for systemic transformation.
Project description
As aspiring regenerative designers, we create spaces to experiment with founders and organizations as drivers of socio-economic transformation, unlearning degenerative practices and transform their business models towards regeneration. Our approach combines scientific fundamentals, creative design, and experimental application. We work across sectors, involving actors from education, research, business, and activism. Through interviews with sustainability and regeneration experts, we identified five key challenges: uncertainty about the future of business, navigating socio-economic transformations while integrating purpose with profitability, mental challenges of unlearning degenerative practices, lack of experimental spaces for regenerative practices, and insufficient accessible educational offerings. Our project consists of three interconnected offerings: immersive experiences, workshops, and educational formats. We design immersive experiences to allow participants to experience transformation physically and tangibly. As facilitators, we conduct short, effective workshops to reveal systemic and internal business challenges, providing intensive engagement with regenerative practices. Additionally, we are developing accessible educational formats and a resource database for broader insights. Long-term, we plan experimental partnerships with organizations committed to systemic change. Together, we analyse business impacts, develop visions and objectives, and support their implementation, collaborating with experts from various disciplines depending on project needs.
