Regular Exercise: Physical activity helps in weight management and improves insulin sensitivity. Both aerobic exercise and strength training are beneficial for women with PCOS.
Weight Management:
For overweight or obese women with PCOS, achieving and maintaining a healthy weight can significantly improve symptoms. Even a modest weight loss of 5-10% can have positive effects.
